DMCA Copyright Policy

PennCasso, Custom Pen Maker ("PennCasso," "we," "us") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects visitors to do the same. Reporting a Copyright Concern

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and its location on the Site (a URL is ideal), so we can find it.
• Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our Response

When we receive a valid notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material in question and take reasonable steps to notify the person who posted it. We may also, in appropriate circumstances, remove content or restrict users who repeatedly infringe.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material of yours was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notice to the contact above. It should include your signature, identification of the removed material and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, your name and contact information, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district. We may restore the material if the original complainant does not pursue a court order within the timeframe the DMCA allows.

Misrepresentations

Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages. Please be sure your claim is accurate before submitting a notice or counter-notice.
