PennCasso, Custom Pen Maker ("PennCasso") is committed to making https://penncasso.com usable for as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, keyboard navigation, and screen magnification.

Standard We Aim For

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the widely recognized standard for accessible websites. We also work toward the goals of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as it applies to the web.

What We Do

• Provide a "Skip to content" link and a logical heading structure on every page.
• Support keyboard navigation and visible focus for interactive elements, including the store and cart.
• Write descriptive alternative text for meaningful images and product photos.
• Aim for sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
• Use clear labels and instructions on our contact form and checkout.
• Make the cookie-consent controls reachable by keyboard, with equal-prominence accept and reject options.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time task. We review the site as we make changes and work to fix issues as we find them. Some content or third-party components may not yet be fully accessible, and we are working to improve them over time.
